Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Sexual addiction often develops in silence, driven by shame, secrecy, and emotional pain. Individuals may find themselves repeatedly engaging in sexual behaviors that conflict with their values or create distress, yet feel powerless to stop. These behaviors can disrupt relationships, damage trust, and interfere with daily responsibilities. It’s not uncommon for those affected to also struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or a history of trauma. Partners and loved ones may feel betrayed or hurt, which can add another layer of emotional complexity.
Westside therapists offer a compassionate, research-informed approach to treating sexual addiction. Using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, they help clients identify emotional triggers, manage compulsive urges, and process underlying psychological factors. Treatment may also include relapse prevention strategies, mindfulness techniques, and rebuilding trust in relationships. Therapy is not about judgment, it’s about creating meaningful change, restoring balance, and building a healthier connection with oneself and others.
We offer in-person therapy at offices throughout the Greater Denver Area, including Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, and Broomfield, as well as secure online sessions across Colorado. All Westside Behavioral Care providers are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other major insurance plans. Getting help should feel accessible, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
