Our automated system did not find a provider that matches your needs. However, our receptionists are better equipped to match you with a qualified provider. Please call 303-986-4197 to speak with one of our friendly receptionists or email info@westsidebehavioral.com to receive one-on-one help.
Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
PTSD can appear in many forms, from constant hypervigilance and panic attacks to emotional numbness, avoidance behaviors, and intrusive thoughts. People with PTSD may feel disconnected from their own bodies or environments and struggle with trust, intimacy, or a sense of safety. It can impact veterans, survivors of abuse or violence, first responders, accident victims, and anyone who has faced overwhelming or life-threatening events.
Westside therapists provide trauma-informed care that supports your emotional resilience and healing. Many use techniques such as EMDR to reprocess traumatic memories, CBT to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, DBT for emotional regulation, or ACT to build psychological flexibility. Therapy often includes learning grounding skills, identifying trauma triggers, building support systems, and gradually reclaiming control over your life. Each step is taken with compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
We offer in-person therapy at offices throughout the Greater Denver Area, including Arvada, Englewood, Boulder, Broomfield, and Centennial, as well as secure online sessions across Colorado. All Westside Behavioral Care providers are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other major insurance plans. Getting help should feel accessible, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
