Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Polyamorous and open relationships can be deeply rewarding, but they also come with unique relational, emotional, and logistical complexities. People practicing non-monogamy may feel misunderstood by peers, family, or even professionals. It’s common to struggle with feelings like jealousy, fear of abandonment, or communication fatigue. Others may wrestle with shame, identity confusion, or trauma from past experiences within or outside their relationship structures. These challenges can affect individuals, dyads, and full polycules alike.
Therapists at Westside Behavioral Care are trained to support polyamorous and non-monogamous clients with respect, cultural sensitivity, and specialized tools. Our clinicians often use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ACT, and emotionally focused techniques to foster clarity, resilience, and authentic connection. Sessions may involve developing communication strategies, processing emotional triggers, or navigating transitions like opening a relationship or integrating new partners. No matter your structure, you deserve support that meets you where you are.
We offer in-person therapy at offices throughout the Greater Denver Area, including Wheat Ridge, Centennial, Englewood, Boulder, and Littleton, as well as secure online sessions across Colorado. All Westside Behavioral Care providers are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other major insurance plans. Getting help should feel accessible, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
