Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Chronic pain affects millions of people, yet its invisible nature often leads to misunderstanding and emotional distress. Whether it stems from migraines, fibromyalgia, back injuries, arthritis, or post-surgical complications, long-term pain can wear down your resilience. You might feel constantly exhausted, anxious about flare-ups, or discouraged by a lack of progress. It’s common for people to withdraw from activities they enjoy or feel disconnected from loved ones due to the ongoing toll pain takes on their mental and physical well-being.
At Westside Behavioral Care, our therapists understand the unique relationship between mind and body. We use proven therapies such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based stress reduction to help you develop healthier coping skills, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and increase your ability to function. Some providers also incorporate biofeedback and relaxation techniques to help you better manage the physiological aspects of pain. With compassion and expertise, our therapists work alongside you to create a plan that acknowledges your experiences and helps you reclaim a fuller, more engaged life.
We offer in-person therapy at offices throughout the Greater Denver Area, including Highlands Ranch, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Englewood, and Broomfield, as well as secure online sessions across Colorado. All Westside Behavioral Care providers are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many are also credentialed with other major insurance plans. Getting help should feel accessible, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
