Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Marriage and couples counseling supports individuals in intimate relationships who are seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, or manage conflict more constructively. Common issues include frequent arguments, emotional withdrawal, intimacy concerns, infidelity, or feeling like roommates instead of partners. Some couples seek therapy during major life transitions—such as moving in together, having a child, or coping with illness, while others may want to strengthen a healthy relationship or prepare for long-term commitment. No matter the circumstance, the emotional toll can lead to frustration, sadness, anxiety, or feelings of isolation.
Therapists at Westside Behavioral Care are trained in evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy. These methods can help couples improve listening skills, express needs and emotions more clearly, heal relational wounds, and reconnect with each other’s values and goals. Therapy provides both structure and flexibility, allowing couples to grow stronger together, or in some cases, separate with clarity and mutual respect. Our providers work with all relationship structures, including monogamous, non-monogamous, LGBTQIA+, married, and unmarried couples.
We offer convenient therapy options across the Greater Denver Area, including Westminster, Centennial, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, and Broomfield, as well as statewide via secure online sessions. All Westside therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many accept other major insurance plans. You can use our search tools to find the right therapist based on location, relationship specialty, and insurance coverage, or reach out directly for personalized help with scheduling.
