Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Hypnosis therapy is often sought by individuals dealing with stress-related concerns, unwanted habits, or emotional blocks that are difficult to shift through traditional talk therapy alone. It can be especially helpful for those struggling with phobias, chronic pain, performance anxiety, or insomnia. Some people also turn to hypnotherapy when they feel “stuck” in patterns of negative self-talk, unresolved trauma, or persistent fears. Hypnosis creates a state of deep focus and receptivity, making it easier to work through these issues in a gentle but effective way.
Therapists at Westside Behavioral Care may use hypnotherapy as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with approaches like CBT, ACT, EMDR, or mindfulness-based interventions. Hypnosis can support therapy goals such as reducing anxiety, improving sleep, increasing motivation, or transforming limiting beliefs. During sessions, clients remain fully aware and in control while accessing deeper levels of thought and emotion that may not be as easily reached during traditional therapy. This process can foster breakthroughs, release emotional blocks, and help clients move toward lasting change.
Westside offers both in-person appointments throughout the Greater Denver Area, including Lakewood, Aurora, Thornton, Arvada, and Broomfield, as well as secure online therapy across the state of Colorado. All of our providers are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many accept other major insurance plans. You can search for a therapist based on specialty, insurance, location, or client age to find the right fit for your goals.
