Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Divorce is one of life’s most emotionally challenging transitions. Whether it’s a recent separation or a process unfolding over months or years, the emotional toll can feel overwhelming. Individuals navigating divorce often experience a mix of grief, anger, anxiety, guilt, and confusion. It can affect sleep, appetite, concentration, and even physical health. For parents, the added concern of co-parenting or supporting children through the transition can feel like an additional emotional weight. Every divorce story is different, but many share common threads of loss, identity shifts, and uncertainty about the future.
Therapists at Westside Behavioral Care offer compassionate, goal-oriented support for individuals and families facing divorce. Many use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to manage negative thought patterns, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients navigate painful emotions, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support relational healing. Therapists may also help with conflict resolution, boundary setting, co-parenting strategies, and rebuilding self-worth. Clients often find it helpful to ask about therapeutic styles that match their current emotional needs, especially if they’re feeling stuck in grief, anger, or indecision.
Support is available both in person at locations throughout the Greater Denver Area and through secure online therapy for anyone in Colorado. All Westside Behavioral Care therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many also accept other major insurance plans. Whether you’re at the start of the divorce process or rebuilding life afterward, compassionate help is within reach.
