Yes! Nearly all of our therapists accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, and other insurance plans, for mental health services in Colorado. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. To schedule an appointment or verify coverage, call 303-986-4197 or visit our Kaiser providers page.
Our in-network providers do not require a referral or prior authorization to see Kaiser Permanente patients with Colorado-based plans. Patients with out-of-state plans and some psychiatric services may require a prior authorization. If one is needed, our team can request one on your behalf to make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have any questions about your coverage, please contact our team at info@westsidebehavioral.com for assistance.
Of course! You can browse our Kaiser provider profiles accepting new patients here. Our team is also available to help you find a therapist who meets your needs, insurance, and location. Feel free to call 303-986-4197 for phone assistance, email us at info@westsidebehavioral.com, or submit a contact form to connect with us.
Christian counseling integrates psychological insight with Christian faith to help individuals navigate life’s challenges through a spiritual lens. Many people seek Christian therapy when facing anxiety, grief, family conflict, identity questions, or a sense of spiritual disconnection. Whether you’re struggling with forgiveness, purpose, or feeling distant from your values, Christian counseling offers a compassionate space to explore both emotional well-being and faith-based guidance. It’s a supportive approach for those who want to align their mental health journey with biblical principles, no matter where they are on their spiritual path.
At Westside Behavioral Care, therapists offering Christian counseling are trained in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and tailor their approach to respect and incorporate each client’s faith perspective. You may explore prayer, scripture, or spiritual disciplines alongside practical coping strategies, communication tools, and values clarification. Therapy can support you in processing trauma, navigating moral or ethical dilemmas, and building resilience through a faith-informed lens. If you’re new to Christian counseling, consider asking your therapist how they blend psychological care with spiritual support to find the right fit.
You can meet with Christian counselors in person at locations throughout the Greater Denver Area or connect from anywhere in Colorado through secure online sessions. All Westside Behavioral Care therapists are in-network with Kaiser Permanente, and many also accept other major insurance providers. Our team makes it easy to get started, whether you’re looking for faith-integrated support for yourself, your marriage, or your family.
